Here’s what to expect from Avenue 17.
Does Avenue 17 collect rent automatically?
You record payments after receiving rent. Track full and partial payments, balances and receipts. Avenue 17 does not collect money or verify payments with your bank or mobile money provider.
Can I manage several properties?
Yes. Add every property and its units to one workspace. See the whole portfolio, or open one property for its tenants, rent, expenses and repairs.
Can I use Avenue 17 on another device?
Sign in from any browser to access the same workspace. Reload to see the latest saved changes. The separate mobile app is not connected yet.
Where are my records saved?
Your property records are saved to your account. Your theme and accent preferences stay in this browser. Export a workspace backup from Settings.
Can someone help me manage my properties?
Yes. Invite a manager or caretaker from Settings. Each role has its own access, and activity history shows who changed a record.
Can I export or back up my records?
Yes. Export a workspace backup from Settings and restore it later. You can also download statements as CSV or print them as PDF.
Is Avenue 17 free to try?
Yes. The free plan lets you explore Avenue 17. Starter and higher plans unlock the workspace, with more units and team members as you grow.
